Blockchain technology is a distributed network data management technology, using cryptography technology and distributed
consensus protocol to ensure the security of network transmission and access, to achieve multi-party maintenance of data,
cross-verification, consistency across the network, and immutable. As an important evolution of the new generation of information
and communication technology, blockchain provides new ideas for the management and value release of data elements, and
provides a new way to establish a trusted assistance network across industrial entities, which is expected to play an increasingly
important role in the development of the digital economy.
With "trust" as the key word, the blockchain technology is entering the public field of vision, ensuring that all information is digitized
and shared in real time, and at the same time, it can achieve collaborative trust and concerted action between multiple subjects. It
is believed that blockchain technology is not only the next generation of Internet technology, but also the next generation of
cooperation mechanisms and organizational forms, which will become a breakthrough for the industries of various countries to "change
lanes and overtake vehicles".
There are three organizational forms of blockchain, namely public chain, consortium chain and private chain, and the core difference
is the degree of openness of access rights. For example, unlike all information records on the public chain that are completely open,
alliance chain and private chain can pre-set participants with specific characteristics, with permission control and member access
control requirements, which can protect privacy. In essence, the alliance chain is also a private chain, but the degree of private is
different. Therefore, blockchain technology can achieve a balance between privacy protection and data sharing.
When doctors use blockchain to find that patients have done previous basic tests before, they can simplify the procedure and greatly
improve the efficiency of diagnosis.
According to a survey by International Business Machines Corporation (IBM), as early as 2017, 16 percent of healthcare organizations
worldwide had clear plans to promote the use of blockchain technology.
In the field of manufacturing. Manufacturing-based supply chains are often spread across the globe, and shipping transactions take
place at different times, making it difficult to trace manufacturing links. With blockchain, businesses can be helped to create smarter
and more secure supply chains. Because it ensures that data is not lost due to a node failure, everyone can see where the information
is going, providing a reliable path that is visible in real time. When a product error or security flaw is discovered, the manufacturer then
finds the cause of the problem through the blockchain. In this way, the possibility of product recalls is reduced, which further reduces
the operating costs of manufacturing services.
In recent years, based on the transparency, immutability and traceability of data information, whether it is enterprises or government
departments, whether it is civil or military, countries around the world are accelerating the research of blockchain technology, and the
development of blockchain technology has shown vigor and vitality.

Along with the development, is a new innovation and consensus mechanism, but also constantly improve the perfect regulatory system.
The State Internet Information Office issued the "Regulations on the Management of Blockchain Information Services" on January 10, 2019,
and "blockchain information services" have entered the regulatory era.
